On May 30th, the "Future Education Summit and Forum", organized by the Ambright Education Scientific Research Institute, was grandly held at Nanjing Thomas School. 活动约请了英国皇家工程院院士、天下著名超导专家David Cardwell教授，江苏省特级西席、教授级高等西席、中华中学朱征校长，江苏省特种机器人重点实验室主任、河海大学骆敏舟教授，南京安生学校外籍校长Sally Elliott，安生教诲集团董事长张梧华师长西席等高水平专家和校上进行主题演讲、圆桌论坛，共同磋商AI技能在当下的运用、人才市场对AI智能专业人才的需求，以及如何积极探索创新人才培养模式。

领悟与打破 AI赋能教诲改造

David Cardwell教授为大家带来题为《AI时期的人才培养》的主题演讲。
教授指出，人工智能在未来的教诲中具有创造性运用，将使人类从知识的消费者转变为共同创造者。

David Cardwell教授表示，人工智能技能的发展，教诲界也须要重视跨文化互换和国际化视野的培养，以适应不同文化背景下的事情和生活，为跨国公司和国际组织事情做好准备。
因此，教诲界须要不断更新传授教化内容和方法，引入国际化教诲资源，增强学生的环球竞争力。

河海大学的骆教授指出，AI技能在医疗康健、智能制造等领域的运用正在迅速发展。
随着AI技能的不断进步，人才市场对AI智能专业人才的需求也在不断增长，特殊是那些具备跨学科背景、创新能力和团队协作精神的复合型人才备受青睐。

骆教授建议，学校在AI智能专业的课程设置上应看重理论与实践相结合，鼓励学生参与科研项目，培养他们的创新意识和科研能力，以知足未来AI时期对高本色人才的需求。
