根据2022天下人工智能大会组委会的安排，上海市法学会将于9月2日连续主理“2022天下人工智能大会法治论坛”，聚焦数字化转型下的法治培植，特殊是元宇宙等新兴观点的法治规则构建，努力为数字法治的繁荣发展供应坚实支撑，期待学术界、家当界有识之士广泛关注、共同推动。

隆重先容本届论坛11名法学法律界及人工智能干系领域的专家学者，环绕“数字化转型 法治化进路”等干系话题从数字法治的实践需求、前沿理论、制度建构、法律适用等方面入手，共同探寻数字化转型的法治化进路。

罗培新，上海市法律局副局长，党委委员。
北京大学法学博士，中国社会科学院法学所博士后，教授、博士生导师，耶鲁大学访问学者。
兼任中国证券法学研究会副会长，首届科创板上市委员会委员，首批上海国际仲裁专家库成员，上海市民法典宣讲团成员。

曾获评第七届全国十大精彩青年法学家，中国社会科学院首届十大精彩法学博士后，国家教诲部新世纪精良人才，上海市领军人才，上海市五一劳动奖章得到者，2019年中国商法年度人物。
在《中国社会科学》《法学研究》《中国法学》等刊物揭橥论文数十篇，出版《天下银行营商环境评估：方法•规则•案例》等专著、译著近二十部。
